The Year of Russian Cinema-2016: The exhibition “National cinema in posters and not only…” in Moscow

September 5, 2016 in the reading room of the department of fine arts aeditions of the Russian State Library (Moscow) is opened the exhibition "National cinema in posters and not only…" timed to the Year of Russian cinema. Posters and "small forms" will remind visitors of the exhibition of their favorite films from 1925 to 2013.

The centerpiece of the exhibition is given to the works of famous artist Vitaly Yevgenievich Wolf. Film posters for the films "Andrei Rublev" and "If there was Carotene?", "Speckled Hen" and "Legend № 17" - are completely different, but the handwriting of the author can be seen in each of them.

Author posters by Vitaly Wolf, Vilena Karakashev, Alexei Troschenkov are combined with unknown authors to the famous film "Assa", "Intergirl", "Mama".

Here are also presented postcards with scenes from your favorite films and labels.

The exhibition will be open until 26 November 2016.
