7 October 2016

About 41 thousand electronic copies of documents from the fund of the USSR Council of People's Commissars (SNK USSR) of the Great Patriotic War, stored in the State archive of the Russian Federation, are presented at the website "The documents of the Soviet era". Unique inter archival project, created by the Federal Archival Agency, aims to promote further scientific and objective knowledge of the Soviet period, a broader historical literacy of Russian and foreign citizens.
