To the Year of Ecology in Russia-2017: The exhibition "Reserves of Russia: 100 years of history" in Moscow

2017 - Year of Ecology and Protected Areas of Russia. This event was dedicated to the new exhibition of the Darwin Museum "Reserves of Russia: 100 years of history", which opened on November 22, 2016.

The exhibition for the first time on the same site presents all protected pearls of the country - there are more than 150. Visitors will see photos of the most beautiful landscapes of pristine nature of Lake Baikal, Altai, Siberia and other remote parts of Russia, and unique shots from the forest of cameras allow surreptitiously observe the life of rare animals under state security. Especially for children is developed an educational program, including creative and intellectual competitions, board and computer games.

The protagonists of the exhibition - a rare animal in the salvation that the key role played by reserves and national parks. For the first time the general public will see the filming tigers, leopards, bison, beaver caught off by guard lens cameras forest.

Within the project at the exhibition complex of the museum in the open air visitors and passers-by will see more than 50 new large-format works by famous masters of the art of shooting nature. These are photo of reserves and national parks in the Caucasus, Altai, Siberia, the Far East and other regions of Russia.
