Memory of Russia: Photo Exhibition "For Moscow" to the 75th anniversary of the defeat of fascist forces opened on Arbat

The Department of Culture of Moscow and Russian news agency TASS opened a photo exhibition "For Moscow!", dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi troops near Moscow. Photo exhibition is on display in the street Arbat, from 5 to 25 December 2016.

Battle of Moscow refers to the decisive battles of the Great Patriotic War. In memory of this event the exhibition "For Moscow!" presents a unique collection of 36 pictures. Each image depicts battle scenes, the life of the besieged city and portraits of the heroes of the defense of Moscow. Photos are presented by TASS photo archive, most of which are on display for the first time.
