History and culture: Exhibition "To the origin of chronology" in the Rostov region

In the Azov museum-reserve (the Rostov region) was opened the exhibition "To the origin of chronology", introducing with a fund collection of calendars, book monuments of the XIX-XX centuries, telling about ancient civilizations, which developed the first system of counting time.

The exhibition features more than 500 exhibits from different fund collections, quite rare editions of the XIX century and samples of volume production, introducing the history of existence and collectibles calendar products.

The exhibition runs till May 5, 2017.
