Information technology and Russian regions: Periodicals of the Penza region of 1915-1923 are digitized

In the Penza Electronic Library are located six periodicals of the Penza province of 1915-1923. These are magazines and newspapers "Herald of Penza zemstvo", "Land surveyor", "Under the Banner of Leninism" (Work and Study), "Work Path", "Nature and the economy of the Penza region", "Comrade".

They are stored in a single copy in the rare fund of the M. Y. Lermontov Penza Regional Library.

These rare regional editions were digitized by Corporation "ELAR" within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Culture of Russia (2012-2018)" and are now available for readers of the Penza Electronic Library.
