Memorable dates of Russia: The plan of events for the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the birth of K. Paustovsky is adopted

January 9, 2017 the chairman of the organizing committee, by the head of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications Mikhail Seslavinsky was approved a plan of measures on preparation and celebration of the 125th anniversary of the birth of K. G. Paustovsky, which will be held in Moscow, Kaluga, Ryazan, Orel, and others areas of our country.

Among them there are recitals and exhibitions of archival materials, a variety of conferences, round tables, seminars and much more.

June 1, 2017 at the Central House of Writers in Moscow will be held a recital and exhibition of archival materials, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of K. G. Paustovsky. The network of cinemas "Moscow cinema" will show a retrospective of films based on the works of K. G. Paustovsky. One of the libraries of Moscow is named after a classic of Russian literature. Throughout the year, traveling exhibitions, devoted to the life and work of the writer, will come to various regions of Russia.
