Book publishing and book distribution: International Book Fair in New Delhi

International Book Fair takes place from 7 to 15 January 2017 in New Delhi (India). For more than four decades, the International Book Fair in New Delhi serves as a bridge between publishers and readers from different countries.

The World Book Fair in New Delhi is carried out since 1972. During this time, the Fair has become the largest international platform for publishers of not only the Asian region but also around the world. In 2015, the event was attended by delegations from 30 countries, the number of exhibition totaled over 2100, the number of exhibitors from India and from other countries - 1200.

In 2008 was introduced the status of the guest of honor of the exhibition and Russia the first country to receive this privilege.
