Society and Culture: The M. A. Sholokhov Museum-Reserve features Christmas postcards of 1950-1980s, sent to the writer and his family

The Memorial House of the M. A. Sholokhov Estate (the M. A. Sholokhov Museum-Reserve, the Rostov region) presents the exhibition "We congratulate with the New Year…", which presents Christmas postcards of -1980s, sent to writer and his family.

MA Sholokhov received many congratulations from all over the country and abroad, including the New Year - from relatives and friends, readers of his works, Soviet and foreign writers, students, government officials, workers of culture and art, military men.

Visitors will see the postcards written by Mikhail Alexandrovich himself. Some of them he sent to their loved ones during trips abroad.

The exhibition will run till 15 January 2017, and these days everyone wants to provide a unique opportunity to write New Year's greetings with Happy New Year 2017 on a postcard sample of the Soviet period and to send from the memorial house of the great writer.
