Memorable dates of Russia: The exhibition to the 90th anniversary of DOSAAF is opened in Astrakhan

The Museum of military glory in Astrakhan on 3 February 2017 in the framework of the event "Live Thread of Traditions" hosts the presentation of the exhibition "90 years for the benefit of the Fatherland" for the anniversary of DOSAAF. The exhibition presents documents and objects related to the history of the Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Air Force and Navy. Among the exhibits - photographs, badges, diplomas, medals, cups.

This year, one of the oldest and the mass organizations of Russia - DOSAAF Russia - celebrates anniversary. Many soldiers began their journey precisely in "School of the Patriots". DOSAAF Russia conducts an active work on pre-conscription training of the youth. There are about three million people in the ranks of the organization.
