Information technology and society: Interactive project about the future of "Earth 2050"

"Kaspersky Lab" has launched a multimedia project "Earth 2050". On a specially created website will be accumulated forecasts of social and technological changes over the next 30 years. The project was attended by experts of the company, as well as prominent scientists and futurists, whose forecasts are known very accurately.

Now the website contains scenarios for the 80 cities and territories around the world, including Russia, Tomsk, and Port Dickson spaceport "East". In total, the project includes about 200 projections, which are divided into three temporal categories: 2030, 2040 and 2050.

Users can study the forecasts not only in the text: the project "Earth 2050" contains interactive spherical panoramas, with which you can "walk" through 12 cities, including Barcelona and Shanghai, and to consider the future of the artifacts in detail.

Users can add to the website their own ideas and projections using the feedback form. Comments passing editorial review and assessment will necessarily be published. New content from the experts will be also appeared on the website regularly.
