29 June 2017

The State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "The Moscow Kremlin" (Moscow Kremlin Museums) announces the launch of a multimedia application for smartphones and tablets "Kremlin Museums. Armories". The application is already available for downloading in the catalog of the new AppStore and GooglePlay.

The Moscow Kremlin Museums together with the company "KAMIS" prepared a multimedia application that includes all the information about the Armory Museum: the museum's plan, navigation through the exposition, audio guide, information about the halls and subjects, games and quests. Starting from July 28, each smartphone user can download the application either remotely or in the Armory, using the wi-fi service available in all exhibition halls.

To use the application as a guide to the visitor, you should select the "Exposure Review" option. The application automatically detects the user's location and highlights the nearest showcases with blue numbers. In addition, the program has general information about the hall marked with the symbol "i". The information is available both in text format and in audio format, that is, it can be used as an audio guide.

The application is developed in two languages - Russian and English.
