International events: Participants of the Eastern Economic Forum will be presented with business cards of the regions on the "Street of the Far East"

One of the main events of the cultural program of the Eastern Economic Forum (VEF) annually is the exhibition "Street of the Far East".

All nine regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (DFO) will open their pavilions and show that distinguishes them from the territory of the other, than it is attractive for businessmen or tourists. In particular, in 2017 the guests of the WEF, which will be held in Vladivostok from 6 to 7 September, will be able to learn about life in the regions of the Russian Arctic, as well as legends, legends of the Eskimos and the Chukchi.

"The street of the Far East" annually attracts thousands of spectators from among the participants of the WEF. Earlier, in order to see the exhibition pavilions, each of which was executed in a unique style, the guests had only three days while the forum was working. In 2017, the organizers decided to extend the time of the "street".

Thus, this year, "Street" will run not for three days, but almost for a week, from 5 to 10 September. From 5 to 7 September the exhibition will be available for guests and participants of the WEF, later it will be open to all comers.

One day of the exhibition will be devoted to the participation of young people in the development of the Far East for the first time. On September 9, schoolchildren from all over Primorye will come to the exhibition. And for them in each pavilion will be taken measures for vocational guidance and professional navigation, trainings, presentations of the opportunities of the Far Eastern regions.

WEF is the largest international communication platform for interaction of business representatives, political circles and the expert community from Russia, the countries of the Asia-Pacific region and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Delegations from 24 countries have already confirmed their participation in the third WEF, including representatives from China, Japan, Australia, Canada and the United States, as well as European countries such as Great Britain, Germany and several others.
