An exhibition "With a gun and a lyre. Hunting and Russian literature "from the collections of 23 museums and archives of Russia will be open on August 22, 2017 in the State Pushkin Museum (Moscow).

October 5, 2017 marks the 60th anniversary of the founding of the State Pushkin Museum in Moscow. The Moscow house of Pushkin, as this institution is called - a museum of a rare fate. At the time of establishment, there were no exhibits in its funds, and now it is one of the leading museums in the country, a recognized multifunctional scientific and cultural center of Moscow. According to the value and volume of its collections, the State Pushkin Museum is now among the largest literary, artistic and memorial collections of the country.
