To the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation: Solemn events in Veliky Novgorod

August 22 marks the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation. On this day, for guests and residents of Veliky Novgorod at various venues of the regional center thematic events will be organized .

A solemn action dedicated to the opening of the state holiday is held at the monument "Millennium of Russia" in the Novgorod Kremlin. Within the framework of the action it will take place: handing out passports to young citizens of Russia, laying flowers to the monument "Millennium of Russia", a creative program of the city brass band.
