World history and culture: The exhibition "Treasures of the Himalayas" is presented in Moscow

September 8, 2017 in the State Museum of the East (Moscow) is opened the exhibition "Treasures of the Himalayas". It is devoted to the history of Russia's relations with the countries of the Prigimalish region: India, Bhutan, Nepal and now part of the kingdom of the Mustang. In 2016, 60 years have passed since the establishment of diplomatic relations between our country and Nepal, and in 2017 - seventy years of diplomatic relations with India. This date coincided with another important event - the seventieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of India.
