Culture and Authority: The All-Russian Congress of the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments is held in Kaliningrad

From 27 to 30 September 2017, the All-Russian Congress of the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments is held at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (Kaliningrad).

The program includes plenary sessions, a meeting with heads of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, thematic round tables. The program also features round tables devoted to the definition of criteria for the historical, cultural and social significance of cultural heritage sites, the maintenance of the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Objects and the interaction with the registration authorities when entering information on the territories of cultural heritage sites, zones in the Unified State Register of Real Estate protection and protective zones of cultural heritage sites.
