Libraries and Society: Prospects for Using New Digital and Social Technologies in Libraries to Discuss in Moscow

October 24-25, 2017 in Moscow will be held the IV Russian Youth Library Convention, organized by the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Russian State Library for Youth and the Russian Library Association. The event will be attended by young library staff, representatives of youth professional public associations of Russia and foreign partners.
