Society and Book Culture: The IV All-Russian Children's Book Festival in the Russian State Children's Library

On October 28-30, 2017, at the beginning of autumn school holidays, the IV All-Russian Children's Book Festival, organized with the support of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications, is held at the Russian State Children's Library. The theme of the festival will be the world of animals and nature protection. This year the festival is held in parallel in the cities of Voronezh and Vladimir.
