To the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution of 1917: An exhibition dedicated to the leaders of the revolution is presented in Smolny

In Saint-Petersburg in the Smolny the exhibition "On the eve of. Two leaders of the revolution. Lenin and Trotsky" was opened. At the exhibition there are about 40 stands displaying materials from the State Archives of the Russian Federation, newspapers, photographs, including little-known from the archives of Leo Trotsky removed from the country. They tell of the events that took place in the walls of Smolny in August-October 1917, and also give the opportunity to compare the biographies of Lenin and Trotsky.
