Society and reading: Saint-Petersburg is recognized as the most readable region of Russia

The organizers of the III All-Russian contest "The Most Readable Region" summed up its results. The contest started in May 2017. Readiness to take part in it was expressed by 84 regions of Russia from 85. They were to present the most significant literary project of the region for 2016-2017. and information about the development of the infrastructure of books and reading, literary traditions in the region.
