Museums in Russia: The largest in Russia Museum of Railways was opened in Saint-Petersburg

The largest railway museum in Russia was opened on October 30, 2017 in Saint-Petersburg, the first visitors to the museum will come on November 1.

The new museum was located on the territory of the former locomotive depot of the Baltic Station. According to the authors of the project, the museum is located partly in newly constructed buildings, partly in the historical building of the depot.
