Electronic Libraries: National Electronic Library will be converted into Russian software

A meeting devoted to the development of the National Electronic Library (NEB) was held in the Russian State Library under the chairmanship of the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky. The event was attended by First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Aristarkhov, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Igor Shchegolev, Head of the ELAR Corporation Sergey Balandyuk, Deputy Director General of the Russian State Library, Scientific Leader of the National Library of Belarus Alexander Visly and acting General Director of the RSL Vladimir Gnezdilov.
