Society and book culture: The II All-Russian action "Giving books with love"

From February 12 to 18, 2018, the Association of Culture, Arts and Enlightenment Workers on the Introduction of Children to Reading "Bringing up the Reader" is holding the II All-Russian Action "Giving Books with Love". The event is timed to the International Day of Books, which is celebrated in more than 30 countries around the world.
