Libraries and Society: The first in the capital library of crafts was opened at VDNKh

A new library is located in the 47th pavilion of VDNkH. Now it houses the House of Crafts. Hence the name of the reading room. It collected more than one and a half thousand specialized books and magazines, one way or another devoted to a particular craft. The subjects are wide - from pottery and architecture to calligraphy and fashion design. Some of the copies were donated by major Russian publishers. There are pre-revolutionary publications about the crafts and cultural traditions of our country.
