International initiatives: The Russian-Belarusian project "Astrakhan-Vitebsk: historical and cultural dialogue" will be presented in Astrakhan

The N. K. Krupskaya Astrakhan Regional Scientific Library begins the implementation of the international Russian-Belarusian project "Astrakhan-Vitebsk: Historical and Cultural Dialogue" in conjunction with the Lenin Vitebsk Regional Library. The project was developed on the basis of an agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Astrakhan region and the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, concluded in February 2014. The aim of the project is to preserve historical memory, expand cultural cooperation between states and maintain friendly relations and good neighborliness.
