The coat of arms of the Omsk region is a quadrangular, with rounded lower corners, a pointed heraldic shield in the white end of which is a gold cross, burdened with a wavy azure column and accompanied in each of the corners by eight small green (2, 1, 2, 1 and 2) pyramids; above all, in the heart of the shield, scarlet with five (1, 2 and 2) bastions, shown from above, filled with silver, a fortress with a golden arch in the center.
