The coat of arms of the Orenburg region is the official symbol of the state - administrative status of the Orenburg region as a full-fledged subject of the Russian Federation. The coat of arms of the Orenburg region is a French heraldic shield depicting a running blue (blue, blue) marten placed in the upper silver part of the shield. In the lower scarlet (red) part of the shield there are two golden banners, accompanied by a Greco-Russian cross decorated at the top (with one crossbar in the belt and one crossbar in a sling), and below it a golden crescent, turned horns up and to the right, the Russian eagle of the model of 1856.
