A. Bernstam.It was opened on June 14 (27), 1910, was installed on the Admiralty Embankment at the Western Pavilion of the Admiralty.In 1911, a copy of the Monument "Tsar-Strack" was installed in the city of Saardam (Netherlands).In Russia, the monument was dismantled in January 1919.In 1996, a copy of the "Tsar-Stra" monument, made with a copy located in Saardam, was given to the city of St. Petersburg by the Government of the Netherlands and was also established on the Admiralty Embankment, but closer to the eastern pavilion.The monument is again opened on September 7, 1996, the pedestal - architect F.K.
