A. Elkin transferred the workshop to a new premises - house No. 13/2 on the corner of Voznesensky Prospekt and Officerskaya Street.In the workshop of Alexander Andreevich Yelkin, many famous St. Petersburg photographers studied photographic skills.In 1908, A.
