At the end of the preface. aut. (pp. 5 - 16): Philip the Circle. In the pref. the history of the issue is considered, the absence of monographic works on the history of Russian numismatics is noted.
In the pre. aut. and the "Warning" contained an appeal to inform the author "information about the ancient Russian coins." In the pref. F.I. The circle also informed that he would willingly acquire for the Imperial Mintskabinet, whose caretaker he is, rare coins.
