Annals: a monthly literary, scientific and political journal. - Petrograd, 1915-1917. -
"Chronicle" is a monthly literary, scientific and political journal. The founder and the actual leader is M. Gorky. The magazine united writers and publicists who opposed the First World War and nationalism. It was published in Petrograd from December 1915 to December 1917, with a circulation of 10-12 thousand copies. The publisher was A. N. Tikhonov, the official editor A. F. Radzishevsky. Published works of Gorky, AA Blok, V. Ya. Bryusov, IA Bunin, SA Esenin, VV Mayakovsky, MM Prishvin, E. Verharn, J. London, R. Rolland, G. Wells, A. Frans, and others. Among the regular employees are the publicists BV Avilov, OA Yermansky, V. Kerzhentsev (PM Lebedev), LB Kamenev, Yu. Larin M. A. Lurie), M. S. Olminsky, N. N. Sukhanov (Himmer). Department of Science was headed by KA Timiryazev, department of philosophy - VA Bazarov. For anti-militarist statements, the magazine was subjected to censorship. At the end of 1917 ceased to exist .
