"Coats of arms and flags" exhibition is on display in Tomsk

The Tomsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library, running on the basis of the Pushkin Regional Library, displays the exhibition of the M. B. Shatilov Regional Museum of Local Studies "Coats of arms and flags", timed to the day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation. An interesting and fascinating exposition tells about the history of Russian symbols from the XVI century to the present day, introduces the history of the State Flag and the symbols of the Tomsk region.

On the website of the Presidential Library Tomsk Region is represented by the collection "Tomsk Region: Pages of History". The selection includes essays, statistical and cartographic materials, archive documents of the late XIX - early XX century, covering the demographic, geographic, socio-economic, socio-political and other aspects of the history of the Tomsk region. The current Charter of the region is also presented.
