Novosibirsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library participated in the exhibition "Educational Siberia - 2019"

On March 14–16, 2019, the Novosibirsk Regional Research Library and the Novosibirsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library participated in the exhibition of educational organizations, equipment and literature for the educational process “Educational Siberia - 2019”.

For the business program, the library staff organized a round table “Public library - a resource for the formation of competences and scientific knowledge, continuing education for everyone”, which included heads of school libraries in Novosibirsk and Novosibirsk Region. The event was addressed by the staff of the Novosibirsk Regional Research Library, the head of the Novosibirsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library Anastasia Kiselyova made a presentation on the theme “Projects of the Novosibirsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library for Educational Organizations of Novosibirsk and Novosibirsk Region”.

The Presidential Library’s portal features Novosibirsk Region: Pages of History collection. It includes books, periodicals, archival documents and graphic materials reflecting various aspects of the history of Novosibirsk Region of the period of the 18th - the first half of the 20th century (geographical, administrative, territorial, economic, etc.), as well as the current Charter of the region.
