May 13, 2019, within a cooperation agreement between the Chelyabinsk Regional Universal Research Library and the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service, the staff of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library operating on the basis of the Secondary School of Public Library went to the detention facility for minor children together to recall the great holiday - Victory Day.

The children were introduced to the unique electronic resources of the Presidential Library and showed them the film “Victory is One for Anyone”, dedicated to the contribution to the Great Victory of all 15 republics of the Soviet Union.

The results of the event were summed up by a quiz "Let's, people, never forget about it!", consisting of four rounds: "The tragic beginning", "Hero-cities", "Great battles", "Great people".
