Armenia hosted the V International Youth Scientific School "Innovation Management"

May 16-18, 2019, the events of the V International Youth Scientific School “Innovation Management” took place at the National Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Armenia. The program is implemented with the assistance of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Yerevan.

According to organizers, the main tasks of the school are to unite talented young scientists, students and researchers, to attract young people to innovate, to develop skills to form business ideas. The program includes lectures, seminars, workshops and business games for participants from invited leading experts and experts in the field of innovation management, project management and protection of intellectual property rights.

The participants of the event are students, graduate students, researchers, scientists, start-up entrepreneurs under the age of 35 years from Armenia and other countries.

At the official opening of the school, the director of the National Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Tourism Gevorg Vardanyan, the Deputy Chairman of the Science Council of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sukhrab Zhaparov, a member of the Council of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gani Abadan, the Director of the Dilijan Development Fund (Armenian Development Initiative Foundation ) David Iskandaryan greeted the participants.

The event has been carried out within the framework of the Interstate Program of Innovation Cooperation of the CIS Member States until 2020.

The Presidential Library’s portal hosts the Russia-Armenia: the History of Relations collection, which presents official documents, studies, reference books, archival files and graphic materials on diplomatic, military, legal, educational and cultural cooperation between Armenia and Russia.
