The signing of cooperation agreement between the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Israel and the Autonomous Institute of Information Technologies in Education, an autonomous non-profit organization, took place at the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv.

The subject of the agreement was assistance in the implementation in Israel of the project "Children's Art School Online" ("DSHI.online"), which aims to attract the unique potential of Russian artistic pedagogy for aesthetic education and cultural education of adolescents. In particular, within the framework of interaction for Russian-speaking children in Israel, it is planned to hold various programs and events representing the academic and folk art heritage.

Presidential Library’s collections are a vivid addition to the curriculum of the Children's Art School. For example, ethnographic materials on the traditions, customs, everyday life, and folklore of various peoples of Russia are included in the collection of the Presidential Library “Russian People”. It features digitized book publications, archival documents, photographs, maps, films. Academic artistic heritage is represented in the collection "Figures of Culture and Art", dedicated to the work of various national artists, composers and writers.

Part of the materials of the electronic collections of the Presidential Library is available on the institution’s portal and in remote electronic reading rooms throughout the world. The possibility of opening such a remote access center on the basis of the RCC in Tel Aviv is currently being considered.
