Awarding participants in "Tomsk Wooden Fairy Tale" city drawing contest

"Wooden Fairy of Tomsk" contest was held in the city from May 27 to October 18, 2019. Its purpose was to stimulate the interest of students in architectural study of local lore, as well as to replenish the wooden resource “Wooden Fairy of Russia” with illustrative materials.

Yulia Dubro, Head of the Tomsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library at the Pushkin Tomsk Regional Universal Research Library, informed about the project "Wooden Tale of Russia" and presented the website of the same name.

Lyudmila Isaeva, a member of the jury of the contest, senior researcher at the Tomsk Regional Art Museum, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.

All the contestants received certificates of contest participants and finalists received diplomas and valuable prizes.

The shop-studio "Workshop of the Creator" sponsored an additional nomination for the contest "Audience Award". The director of the institution thanked the guys for their active participation in the show jumping and handed the finalist of this nomination a valuable gift from the organization.

On behalf of the Pushkin Tomsk Regional Library, specialists of the Tomsk Regional Clinical Hospital expressed gratitude to the teaching staff of the art school and presented the book "Wooden Architecture of Tomsk".
