The electronic collection "Kuzbass - Angle of View" has become the winner of the regional competition "The Best Goods and Services of Kuzbass"

The Administration of Kemerovo Region hosted a solemn rewarding of the participants of the regional competition "The Best Goods and Services of Kuzbass" on November 14, 2019.

Among the winners of the competition is an electronic collection on the history of Kuzbass “Kuzbass – Angle of View”, created by the Fedorov Kemerovo Regional Research Library in collaboration with the State Archive of Kemerovo Region. This collection received the right to be marked with the “Kuzbass Quality” mark.

The main purpose of the collection’s collection materials is to present in the virtual space the unique history of Kuzbass as an integral part of the history of the great Russian state, which is especially important in connection with the preparation for the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the industrial development of Kuzbass in 2021.

Kemerovo Regional Center is actively engaged in the creation of electronic materials, using the technology of digital collections, developed by specialists of the Presidential Library.

For example, the proposed electronic collection Kemerovo Region: Pages of History includes studies, statistical and archival documents of the second half of the 19th – early 20th centuries, which spotlight the administrative, socio-economic, demographic and ethnographic position of the Mariinsky and Kuznetsk counties, which constitute the territorial basis modern Kemerovo Region.
