Winners of the children's drawing contest "The Road to the Stars" determined in Turkey

The results of the children's drawing contest “The Road to the Stars”, organized by the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office and dedicated to the celebration of Cosmonautics Day in Russia, have been summed up in Ankara. The contest received a great response: guys from many cities of Turkey and Russia sent their works to the jury: Ankara, Antalya, Istanbul, Izmir, Marmaris, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Yakutsk and others.

As a result, winners were determined in three age categories and one winner in four separate nominations. All winners will receive books in Russian and certificates of winners from the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office.

The Presidential Library provides access to the Outer Space collection, which includes newsreels, periodicals, books, postcards, commemoratives and badges that reflect various milestones in the development of astronautics. One of the collections of the Presidential Library is dedicated to the outstanding scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky.

Only part of the materials from the electronic storage fund on the Presidential Library’s portal is publicly available. The library’s information resources are provided at the remote access centers in 30 countries of the world. A remote electronic reading room of the Presidential Library has been opened in Ankara since 2014.
