The cinema club meeting, which was held within the framework of the IV International Festival of Children's and Youth Creativity “It all starts with childhood”, took place on February 4, 2021 at the Presidential Library. This year it was dedicated to the artist, poet, singer and guitarist-songwriter Vladimir Vysotsky. The festival has been organized by the Alexander Gorodnitsky Foundation for the Development and Popularization of Poetry and Author's Song and the Alexander Pushkin All-Russian Museum.

The program of the cinema club included showing and discussing 14 works of young finalists of the media project contest, presented in three formats: animation, video clip and video work.

For the fourth year in a row, the Presidential Library has been the venue for the final of the competition for media projects created by gifted students.

Presentation of youth creativity using multimedia technologies is one of the conceptual directions of the Presidential Library's cinema club as an electronic library.

The event was broadcasted live on the Presidential Library’s portal in Live broadcasts section, in the Presidential Library cinema club group on the VKontakte social network and on the institution's YouTube channel.
