Penza college students learned about the electronic resources of the Presidential Library

March 3, 2021 employees of the regional center of access to the resources of the Presidential Library based on the Lermontov Penza Regional Library held a lesson "Using electronic resources in the educational process" for students of the College of Modern Processing and Business Technologies.

Future technologists learned that digital libraries are the most reliable and reliable source of information on the Internet, providing users with the necessary knowledge.

College students learned about the resources of the Presidential Library and the Penza Electronic Library, studied the collection principle of the formation of digital content. They were shown the possibilities of using resources for preparing events and presentations, explained how to carry out a simple and advanced document search.

The Presidential Library’s portal features the collection Penza Region: Pages of History. It includes archival documents, essays, studies and statistical materials that spotlight the demographic, geographical, socio-economic, socio-political and other aspects of the history of the region at the end of the 18th - first third of the 20th century, as well as the current Charter of Penza Region.
