
Russian animation directors awarded at the Russian House in Tehran
The Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Tehran hosted an award ceremony for Russian animation directors Alexander Svirsky and Yekaterina Aldashina-Filippova, creators of cartoons - winners of the XI International Animation Festival in Iran.
Alexander Svirsky won the Best Experimental Animation nomination. His work 9 Ways to Draw a Person is full of philosophical reflections and engages in the wonderful world of images. Hobotyonok by Yekaterina Aldashina-Filippova was recognized as the best animation for children and adolescents.
The cartoons have already been translated into Persian and soon will be available on the social networks of the Russian House in Tehran.
Remote electronic reading rooms of the Presidential Library are open in Russian Houses in 30 foreign countries. They provide full access to the materials of the electronic collections, which presents documents for readers of various ages.
