Senior pupils of Penza took part in the tournament "Ready, smart boys and smart girls"

Employees of the Penza regional center of access to the resources of the Presidential Library held an intellectual tournament "Ready, smart boys and smart girls!" for senior pupils of school No. 78 in order to promote the interactive Olympiad Russia in the Electronic World, which is held annually by the Presidential Library.

The guys were divided into two teams and answered questions about history, social studies and the Russian language.

At the end of the tournament, there was arranged a super blitz, where pupils had to not only demonstrate logic and knowledge, but also solve a strategic problem: how many points they earned to put on their answer. The teams learned the task only after the bets had been made: having watched a fragment of the “silent” film, it was necessary to determine the literary work on which the film was shot. The winning team received a certificate.

The Presidential Library’s portal features the collection Penza Region: Pages of History. It includes archival files, essays, studies and statistical materials spotlighting various aspects of the history of the region at the end of the 18th - first third of the 20th centuries: demographic, geographical, socio-economic, socio-political and others.
