On December 7, 2021 Denis Minkin, Director of St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise Gorelectrotrans, attended the Presidential Library with a working visit. At a meeting with the Acting Director General of the Presidential Library Pavel Tereshchenko they discussed issues of further developing cooperation in the exchange of information resources, holding joint events and implementing excursion and exhibition projects.

During a tour of the Presidential Library, Denis Minkin visited a conference hall and a multifunctional transformable multimedia complex, equipped with the latest technical equipment and created specifically for holding events of the all-Russian and international level. In the electronic reading room the guest was told about the materials and documents of the collections, the volume of which is more than a million storage depository items. Full access to the collection of the first electronic national library of the country is also carried out through more than 1,300 remote access centers opened in federal and regional institutions of culture and education, as well as outside the Russian Federation.

In the exhibition halls of the Presidential Library Denis Minkin visited the exhibition "Sea Vessels to Be!" marking the 325th anniversary of the founding of the Navy and the 115th anniversary of the founding of the submarine fleet of Russia”, which was prepared jointly with the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) and opened in the Presidential Library until January 23, 2022. In addition, the guest learned about the exposition in the Constitution hall, dedicated to the history of constitutional ideas in Russia since 1905 and, in particular, the adoption of the country's Basic Law - the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The only copy of the inaugural copy of the Basic Law presented by the President of Russia on the opening day of the library, May 27, 2009, is available in the Constitution hall. Interest was also aroused by the multimedia exposition "Silver Necklace of Russia" - a joint exhibition project of the Presidential Library and the editorial staff of the newspaper Peterburgsky Dnevnik, dedicated to an interregional tourism project that unites 11 regions of the North-West.

It is worth noting that the Presidential Library and St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise Gorelectrotrans have been developing cooperation since 2017, when a cooperation agreement was signed between the organizations. During this period numerous joint events on the history of tram traffic such as video lectures, press tours, multimedia exhibitions were held. In addition, the Presidential Library is a partner of the annual contest of children's drawings "Trams and trolleybuses in the city on the Neva", held by Gorelektrotrans: it exhibits works of contest participants and provides tours for them.

Within the framework of cooperation with St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise Gorelectrotrans, the monitors of city trolleybuses and trams from the end of 2017 to the present time have posted thematic video content from the Presidential Library’s collections, timed to coincide with significant dates.

The Presidential Library’s portal features Petersburg Tram collection marking the 110th anniversary of the launch of the first electric tram in St. Petersburg.
