Interregional video meeting "Crimean Hero of the Battle of Stalingrad"

February 1, 2022 the Regional Center of the Presidential Library based on the Franco Crimean Republican Universal Scientific Library hosted a video meeting dedicated to the day of historical memory of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Soviet military leader, legendary division commander - Vasily Akimovich Gorishny. The event brought together specialists in culture and education, teachers, students and high school students from Volgograd, Kursk and Kursk Region.

The presentation of the information brochure “Hero of the Soviet Union: Gorishny Vasily Akimovich”, as well as collections of the Central Library of Republic of Crimea and materials of the thematic collection Combat operations during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 became a relevant and meaningful addition to the event onthe Presidential Library’s portal.
