Voices of future stars of the opera stage performed in the Presidential Library

On March 4, 2022 a gala concert of graduates of the Department of Solo Singing of the St. Petersburg State Conservatory was held at the Presidential Library. They performed excerpts from world opera masterpieces by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Sergei Rachmaninov, Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Georges Bizet and other great composers.

The department of solo singing of the St. Petersburg State Conservatory is considered to be one of the best in the world. Among its graduates are Elena Obraztsova, Irina Bogacheva, Vasily Gerello, Olga Borodina, Anna Netrebko and other opera stars. Among the teachers are honored and people's artists of Russia - Vladimir Vaneev, Tatyana Novikova, Larisa Tedtoeva, Tamara Novichenko and others.

Talented vocalists, laureates of international contsts, whose career is just beginning, performed at the concert.

Holding a gala concert of graduates of the St. Petersburg Conservatory at the Presidential Library has already become a tradition.
