Murmansk Regional Center of the Presidential Library arranged a film

The project Wings of Love: Letters from the Front is being implemented at the Murmansk State Regional Universal Scientific Library. The project has been carried out by the staff of the Regional Center of the Presidential Library together with the partners of the library for 3 years and consists in searching for wartime letters, digitizing and creating a series of videos with the participation of actors and performers. The new film plot is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Hero of the Soviet Union, pilot of the mine-torpedo aviation division of the Air Force of the Northern Fleet, Guards Senior Lieutenant Evgeny Ivanovich Frantsev, who fought in the Northern Fleet since July 1943.
