Participants of the Battle of Moscow quiz-tournament to learn about little-known facts and documents

On April 16, from 10:00 to 18:00 the Battle of Moscow quiz-tournament will take place online. The information partner of the event is the Presidential Library. The organizers of the quiz are the Minin and Pozharsky Regional Public Foundation for the Promotion of Social Security "Pravoryadok-Shield", MRPO "ARSIB" and "Mentors of Russia" with the active support of the "Patriot.Sport" Center and the Domain Coordination Center. RU/.RF.

September 2021 marks the 80th anniversary of the start of the Battle of Moscow. This event is divided into 2 periods: defensive (September 30 - December 4, 1941) and offensive (December 5, 1941 - March 30, 1942), which consists of two stages: the counteroffensive and the offensive of the Soviet troops. In Western historiography, the battle is known as "Operation Typhoon".

The number of teams from one educational organization is not limited. Team size is up to 5 people. The interaction of team members with each other should be built in compliance with the requirements aimed at preventing the spread of a new coronavirus infection.
