Olympiad in Russian language arranged for students of Korean universities

The Institute of Russian Studies at the Hanguk University of Foreign Studies announces from April 25 to May 6, 2022 a registration for the XII Russian Language Contest organized jointly with the Russian Embassy in Republic of Korea.

The Russian Federation and Republic of Korea are strategic partners in Far East Region. A large number of materials on Russian-Korean relations are available in the large-scale electronic collection of the Presidential Library Russia - Korea: the History of Relations.

The collection includes studies, essays, archival documents and photographic materials spotlighting certain aspects of bilateral relations in various historical periods. Particular attention is paid to the topic of the resettlement of Koreans to the Far East of the Russian Empire in the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries.
